  • Built and operate a 7 person founder cohort focused on marketing and distribution, with weekly Friday demos.

  • Organized ElevenLabs hackathon (1000+ global attendees) and multiple 400+ builder hackathons.
  • Launched 9+ Cursor Meetups and hacker houses across Ottawa and Toronto with consistent retention.
  • Coordinated multi-sponsor hackathons with DashQ, LangChain, Vectorize, and Perplexity, and built sponsor alignment frameworks mapping brand priorities to measurable event outcomes.
