We moved away from surface level AI exploration into the mechanics of automation, agentic workflows, and implementation strategy. This required synthesizing months of hands on experimentation, learnings from enterprise workshops, and turning failure points into actionable instruction.
Education has become an unavoidable gravitational pull in my work. This manifests across multiple fronts:

Product evangelism sits at the intersection of engineering and market education. You cannot simply deploy tools and expect adoption. You must surface the problems, unlock the workflows, and build the scaffolding that allows teams to accelerate their own productivity.
