From Stylistic Consistency to Design Systems That Transform
I used to chase stylistic consistency across every project. Then I built five experiences inside one codebase.

I used to chase stylistic consistency across every project. Websites, B2C apps, brand systems. Same palettes. Same grids. Same rigid rules.
Then I built five experiences inside one codebase.
After grinding through logo design just to get the reps in, I learned that visual identity accelerates message transmission. A logo captures intent in milliseconds and anchors in memory.
Web apps operate on different physics. They require systems that transform based on user behaviour without crushing performance.
When I built our Hacker House site, the CRM interface, and my personal portfolio (check out GitHub.com/KaanEnt while the site ships), I treated each as an optimization challenge. The interface morphs based on visitor intent. One codebase delivers five distinct realities depending on who arrives and why.
That is design systems work. Architectural flexibility that maintains coherence under load while preserving delight.
This same intensity extends to copy. I studied David Ogilvy's frameworks, applying his precision to emails, and sponsorship flows. I even structured a Claude skill around his methods that automates high converting subject lines.
Copy either converts or it costs you attention. No middle ground.
I documented my entire copywriting stack. The systems for subject lines, microcopy, and conversion architecture.
Drop a comment. I will share the build.
