Five Landing Environments, One Codebase

I spent this week rebuilding my portfolio as five distinct landing environments. Each one transforms based on user intent, deploying unique 3D assets and design systems calibrated to specific industry psychology.

I went from strictly writing SQL and managing hires to shipping full stack systems, automating GTM workflows, and capturing insights across sales and data analytics. This portfolio surfaces that evolution.

A distinct focus on my portfolio is that I stopped filtering for weaknesses and started identifying distinct strengths. The hiring work I've done helps a lot with that expansion. This unlocks capacity that a deficit focus eliminates. I am documenting these patterns, along with learnings from top founders, in my next newsletter. Looking forward to publishing that soon. Now, more about my portfolio.

Technical execution of current professional portfolio:

  • Five entry points that morph based on visitor role and intent, each delivering targeted metrics and testimonials
  • Dedicated tracks for AI Engineering, GTM Engineering, Sales, Data Analytics, Sponsorships
  • Automated pipelines that read from LinkedIn posts and newsletter issues into categorized blog archives
  • Middleware that streamlines routing while maintaining global design consistency
  • Built through continuous feedback cycles to ensure each environment hits its mark

I am back in Ottawa and delivering two workshops this week. Tuesday February 24th covers agent and CLI architecture. Friday February 27th focuses on Cursor Agents deployment. Event links in the comments.
