The Highest Density Engineering Talent in the Capital

We gathered the highest density engineering talent in the capital last night. No other room compares.

We built velocity in a location that had none. We deployed ambition in a market that waited for permission. Agency is not a reference for us. We execute with it in every fiber.

Stephen Rioux launched this through audacity alone. He started without consensus. Big names surfaced at the launch party because we moved first. We accelerated every founder in our radius and shipped their projects forward.

We sustained maximum energy and higher velocities: • Weekly hackathons   • Two focused building sessions per week   • Strict capacity limits enforced

Founders deploy the word "scrappy" freely. We deployed a physical house in seven days. We transformed residential space into a high-acceleration facility. That scrappiness rarely surfaces here.

The demos delivered. Every resident shipped projects to completion. I could not be prouder.
